La registrazione dell’anno è Everything I Wanted di Billie Eilish, che ha vinto una statuetta anche per No Time to Die, l’album dell’anno Folklore di Taylor Swift, il disco rock è The New Abnormal degli Strokes. Fra i nuovi artisti, Megan Thee Stallion ha battuto Phoebe Bridgers. Fiona Apple ha vinto nella categoria Best Rock Performance con Shamekia e in quella degli album “alternative” con Fetch the Bolt Cutters . È di Lady Gaga e Ariana Grande, Rain on Me, il duetto dell’anno.
Premiata in varie categorie, Beyoncé è oggi la perfomer con il maggior numero di Grammy nella storia, 28, a pari merito con Quincy Jones. Il primo l’ha vinto nel 2001 con le Destiny’s Child.
